After decades of high-stakes fundraising and partnering with philanthropists, strategic consultant, Mandy Danzan saw a clear pattern:

Mandy Danzan
Founder & CEO, truGiving
Mandy Danzan is the Founder and CEO of truGiving, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to advancing nonprofit growth and purposeful philanthropy. She launched truGiving to offer discreet, high-touch advisory services that help leaders navigate complex philanthropic decisions with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision.
With over 25 years of experience across fundraising, strategy, public policy, partnerships, and executive leadership, Mandy has advised nonprofit executives, philanthropists, and family foundations on aligning values with measurable impact. Her career includes leadership roles at national nonprofits, political campaigns, and advocacy organizations giving her a unique perspective on how mission, message, and money intersect.
Mandy specializes in strategic fundraising architecture, major donor engagement, legacy planning, board development, leadership coaching, fundraising event management, grantmaking, and philanthropic advising. She brings deep insight, calm strategy, and trusted partnership to every engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy from UC San Diego. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys time with her children, staying active through strength training and outdoor adventures, appreciating the natural beauty of Southern California
